Sales Specialist

Work location: Warsaw and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• acquiring new and collaborating with existing contractors
• achieving sales targets
• promotional activities at sales points
• ongoing market monitoring and taking actions to improve the quality of contractor service.
• creating a positive image of the company in the market
• building and maintaining regular contacts and providing comprehensive customer service

We expect from candidates:

• knowledge of the GSM industry
• knowledge of the Ms Office environment
• communication skills and ability to learn quickly
• responsibility and reliability
• negotiation skills
• ability to work under time pressure, stress resistance
• high internal motivation
• creativity in problem-solving
• teamwork skills
• openness to change and adaptability to new conditions
• category B driving license and experience in driving a passenger car

IMPORT SPECIALIST

Work location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• coordination of cooperation with suppliers and negotiating commercial terms
• organization and supervision of logistics of deliveries, their quality and timeliness
• contacting third-party companies handling imports, e.g., freight forwarding companies or customs agencies
• preparing import documentation
• optimizing inventory levels and purchasing processes

We expect from candidates:

• Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing necessary for conducting business conversations
• knowledge of the Ms Office environment
• knowledge of WF Mag is welcome
• experience in a similar position
• communication skills and ability to learn quickly
• good work organization and effective time management skills
• responsibility and reliability
• teamwork skills
