I. General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at www.vernagsm.pl
1.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
1.3. The online store operating at www.vernagsm.pl is run by the company:

1.4. These Regulations specify in particular:
a.) the rules for registering and using an account within the online store;
b.) the conditions and rules for making electronic reservations of products available within the online store;
c.) the conditions and rules for placing orders electronically within the online store;
d.) the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided within the Online Store.
1.5. Using the online store is possible provided that the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a.) Internet Explorer version 7 or newer with Java support enabled, or
b.) Mozilla Firefox version 4 or newer with Java support enabled,
c.) Google Chrome version 12 or newer with Java support enabled,
d.) minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.
1.6. In order to use the online store, the Customer should obtain access to a computer or terminal device with Internet access on their own.
1.7. In accordance with applicable law, Verna Sp z o.o. ul. Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 46/1, 01-242 Warsaw, NIP: 5273067158 reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Store to persons who are at least 18 years old.
1.8. Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link provided on the homepage of the service and download it and print it out.
1.9. Information about the Goods provided on the online store's website, in particular their descriptions, technical and usability parameters, and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
II Glossary of Terms Terms used in the Regulations mean:
1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit not being a legal person, which special provisions grant legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store;
2. Seller - Verna sp. z o. o., based in Warsaw at ul. Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 46/1, 01-242 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIX Economic Department KRS under number KRS: 0001047663, NIP: 5273067158, REGON: 525902532,
3. Civil Code – Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
4. Regulations – these Regulations for the provision of electronic services within the online store www.vernagsm.pl
5. Online Store (Store) – the website available at www.vernagsm.pl through which the Customer can, in particular, place Orders;
6. Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
7. Sales Agreement – the agreement for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the company Verna Sp z o.o. ul. Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 46/1, 01-242 Warsaw, NIP: 5273067158 and the Customer, concluded using the online store's website;
8. Act on Special Conditions of Consumer Sales – Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended);
9. Act on the Provision of Electronic Services – Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
10. Order – the Customer's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods
III. Rules for Using the Online Store
3.1. A condition for starting to use the online store is registration within it.
3.2. Registration occurs by filling out and accepting the registration form provided on one of the Store's pages.
3.3. A condition for registration is expressing consent to the content of the Regulations and providing personal and company data marked as mandatory.
3.4. After registering in the online store, an employee of Verna Sp. z o.o. will contact the Customer to agree on individual commercial conditions (e.g., granting a price list, payment method, and agreeing on delivery costs), and after agreeing on them, an employee of Verna Sp. z o.o. will approve the agreed conditions in the electronic system. Only after completing these actions will the Customer, upon logging in, see the prices of the items and be able to place an order in the online store.
3.5. Verna Sp z o.o. may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as limit their access to part or all of the resources of the Online Store, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of the Regulations by the Customer, particularly when the Customer:
a.) provided during registration in the online store data that is untrue, inaccurate, or outdated, misleading, or infringing the rights of third parties,
b.) committed a breach of the personal rights of third parties through the online store, particularly the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
c.) engages in other behaviors that are deemed by Verna Sp z o.o. to be inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or harming the good name of Verna Sp z o.o.
3.6. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store cannot re-register without the prior consent of Verna Sp z o.o.
3.7. In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided within the Website, the online store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the provided services, particularly measures aimed at preventing unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.
3.8. The Customer is particularly obliged to:
a.) not to provide and not to transmit content prohibited by law, e.g., content promoting violence, defamatory, or infringing the personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b.) use the online store in a manner that does not disrupt its functioning, particularly by using specific software or devices,
c.) not to undertake actions such as: sending or placing unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the online store,
d.) use the online store in a manner that is not burdensome for other customers and for Verna Sp z o.o.
e.) use all content posted within the online store only for personal use,
f.) use the online store in accordance with the provisions of applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, and the general principles of using the Internet.
IV. Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement
4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement through the online store, you must go to the website www.vernagsm.pl and make a selection.
4.2. The selection of Goods ordered by the Customer is made by adding them to the cart.
4.3. During the ordering process – until the “Order” button is pressed – the Customer has the option to modify the entered data and the selection of Goods. For this purpose, the Customer should follow the messages displayed to them and the information available on the page.
4.4. After the Customer using the online store provides all necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information regarding:
a.) the subject of the order,
b.) the unit and total price of the ordered products or services,
c.) the granted payment method,
d.) the selected delivery method,
e.) the type of currency ($ - dollar, € - euro, PLN – Polish zloty)
4.5. To send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory, and press the “Place Order” button.
4.6. Sending the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with Verna Sp z o.o., in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
4.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an email titled “Order Confirmation” containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
4.8. The Agreement is considered concluded upon the Customer receiving the email mentioned above.
4.9. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
Orders are processed by the store from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
V. Delivery
5.1. Delivery of Goods within the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU takes place at the address indicated by the Customer during the Order placement.
5.2. Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out by the courier company
